DMP Brings Holiday Cheer to Silang, Cavite, With Grand Christmas Celebration
December 17-18, 2025 – Amid a busy and eventful holiday season, CJG Digital Marketing employees took a pause to relax with an overnight staycation at Villa Sofia at Silang Private Resort and Events Place. Held overnight from December 17 to December 18 amid lush natural scenery filled with trees and fresh air away from the city, the team event provided a perfect balance of fun and relaxation as a way to step back from the daily grind.
DAY 1
After arriving, CJG employees eased into the day with a comforting meryenda of lasagna. The hearty pasta was a welcome treat after our two-hour journey to Silang, Cavite. With satisfied appetites, the captivating views of nature and the cool, refreshing air were the perfect addition for the staycation.
Employees then gathered for a lively celebration, diving into spirited party games and savoring a delicious dinner spread filled with familiar main dishes. CJG DMP CEO Jomer Gregorio set the tone of the event with uplifting words that encourage rest and joy during the staycation Christmas party. Energized after the encouraging welcoming remarks, everyone launched into activities and games that sparked laughter and connection with one another.
Beyond the games, raffle draws kept excitement high to see who would snag the prizes. Adding to the fun was the gift exchange with thoughtful presents chosen from each employee’s wish list.
After exchanging gifts, everyone gathered around for a hearty dinner filled with delicious main dishes and stories that capped off a relaxing first day.
Later, employees played friendly rounds of billiards and a lively karaoke session that filled the night with music and laughter, which is a perfect way to end the first day of the staycation Christmas party.
DAY 2
On the second day, everyone embraced the peaceful scenery, letting the fresh air and lush greenery set a slower, more restful pace to unwind and chill. Over a hearty breakfast and a refreshing morning swim, everyone had time for easy, casual conversations, reflection, and deeper team bonding.
This year’s staycation Christmas party gave CJG DMP the gift of slowing down and recharging after months of dedication and effort. It served as a reminder of how shared moments and teamwork fuel the journey toward both personal and collective goals.
