CJG | DMP Team Building Summer Bardagulan 2022
Our CJG | DMP Family gathered together to spend a weekend full of excitement and fun. On the 10th and 11th of June 2022, we headed further down south to Batangas for our company outing.
Following the health restrictions and social distancing mandates, our team has not been able to conduct our annual team-building activities for about two years. Fortunately, the easing of quarantine protocols this year has allowed us to arrange the event and have a quick escape from reality.
DAY 1
We started our team-building events by welcoming one of our members from Pagadian, Zamboanga Del Sur. Then, we departed from Imus, Cavite, heading to Eco Sand Bar Beach Resort at Calayo Cove, Batangas.
After arriving at the resort, our team rested for a while, took group photos, and went on with team-building activities (which we cannot elaborate on here in our post) – just that our activities have allowed us to know more about each member and what being a team is all about.
By evening, we went all-out with our boodle fight dinner, acoustic jams, volleyball, and hangout sessions.
DAY 2
On the second day of our company outing, we had the opportunity to visit Lorelie Island, one of the nearby islands in Calayo Cove, Batangas. Our team members swam for hours and trekked to the other side of the island, discovering a bit more of the views and spots of the island.
After lunch, we returned to the office and celebrated work anniversaries and birthdays. But, the day did not end just yet – there was even more action when some team members decided to have a late afternoon coffee at a nearby cafe.
DAY 3(Extra)
While much of our company outing activities ended on the second day, the fun did not end yet for some team members. They made sure that we had a proper send-off for their colleague – driving and seeing her off at the airport to head back home to Zamboanga Del Sur.
